Postabo is a utility tool that provides a unified, minimalist board for tracking your post/publication statistics across multiple social media platforms.
At Postabo, we take your privacy very seriously. That's why we've provided in the section below a comprehensive list of the information we collect, how it's used and how to request its deletion.
Solution Use Case
1. A User accesses our portal using his email and password
2. The User creates a PostTracker Card by providing the Post URL regardless of the social media
3. The User can view all publicly available stats for that Post
4. The User can group various PostTracker Cards into Campaign.
5. The User can delete a postTracker, thus deleting all the statistics associated with it.
Collected Data and Usage Disclosure
Upon Creation of a Postabo User Account, Postabo collects and stores the below information for user authentication, authorized and identification.
- Email
- Firstname
- Lastname
- Middle names (optional)
Upon Creation of a PostTracker, Postabo collects and stores public information about Post/Publication to enable the author to track its performance over time.
- Post URL
- Number of likes
- Number of comments
- Number of shares
- Number of views
- Post Author Handle (If Exists)
- Post Title (If Exists)
- Post Short Description (If Exists)
PostsTrackers and associated stats are only accessible and by:
- The Postabo User who created it
- The Postabo Support Team
Postabo does not share any information concerning any User to any external Partners/Entities.
Postabo is secured by "Let's Encrypt Authority X3" SSL certificate. You agree to comply with all points of this Confidentiality Policy when you interact/browse on the website/Portal .
Request for Data Removal
Any Entity willing to have his/her information (Account, Post Details & statistics / Publisher handle …) taken away from Postabo can submit their request through by filling and submitting a DATA REMOVAL FORM REQUEST by clicking the link below. The data deletion request will be analyzed and processed within a reasonable period of time. A confirmation will be sent to the requestor's e-mail address after analysis and processing.
